These workouts can be done at home or in the gym. All workouts can be completed in 30-45 minutes and require minimal equipment (a set of dumbbells, kettle bells, or resistance bands).
As this is housed in the Warrior Fitness app, workouts will be scheduled to your calendar on your dash, but you have the ability to move them around to fit your schedule.
For a full week, per week, there will be:
5 workouts programmed
5 suggested general cardio sessions
In-app food tracking and access to recipe bank/library
Up to 5 customized daily dash habits
This will be modified on short weeks (week start/end)

Each exercise has a demo video to explain proper form and execution. Custom habits can be added as well (up to 5). The app syncs with most wearable trackers and My Fitness Pal and FitBit for food logging/tracking, or you can log in-app and have access to a HUGE recipe bank. You also get chat-access to the coach and a group chat with the other subscribers for support and accountability.
These monthly workouts DO NOT include weekly coach check-ins, macros, or nutrition guidance. You will be added to the app within 24-hours of purchase. Please check your junk/spam for this app-invite!
